Capitalizing on the fact that there was not a Marriott branded hotel in the city, Pennbridge developed the 92-room Fairfield Inn & Suites in Twin Falls, ID, which opened June of 2014. Located near the beautiful Shoshone Falls, the hotel is one of the earliest of the “generation 4” designs of the Fairfield brand and has been extremely well received in the marketplace. Pennbridge worked with Central Community Bank of Idaho Falls, ID to obtain the project’s financing. Pennbridge Lodging manages the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
