With an average year-round temperature of 74 degrees, world class golfing, and places for hiking it is a prime domestic leisure destination. The hotel is located on Scottsdale Road and is proximate to the demand generators of both Old town Scottsdale and Tempe/ASU. Pennbridge Lodging will manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
