Pennbridge developed the 90-room Fairfield Inn & Suites in Orem, UT, to cater to the increasing accommodation needs of Orem City. Conveniently located next to Pennbridge’s TownePlace Suites, the Fairfield Inn & Suites was strategically placed to optimize both extended stay and transient lodging demands. Featuring prominent visibility from I-15, Utah’s busiest freeway, this property quickly became a preferred choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.
The project was brought to fruition through a partnership with Bank of Utah, which provided the necessary construction financing. Pennbridge Lodging expertly managed the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring top-tier service and guest satisfaction, until its sale in December of 2023. Together with its sister property, the TownePlace Suites, the Fairfield Inn & Suites played a pivotal role in enhancing the hospitality landscape of Orem.
