In October 2017, Pennbridge unveiled the Marriott Residence Inn, a distinguished addition to downtown Boise, ID. This 185-room, 10-story hotel enjoys a prime location at the heart of Boise’s main thoroughfares, providing high visibility and easy access to the city’s bustling business center and vibrant leisure hotspots.
The hotel’s modern design features all-suite guestrooms, each equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, and designated living and sleeping areas, allowing guests to comfortably work and relax. Amenities include a bar/restaurant, ample pre-function and conference spaces, executive meeting facilities on the 10th floor, a sprawling 4,000 square foot roof deck, and two levels of interior parking.
Designed to cater to both short and long-term visitors, the Marriott Residence Inn serves as a perfect base for travelers looking to explore all that Boise has to offer. The project was supported by a construction loan from US Bank, and Pennbridge Lodging continues to manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring a stellar experience for every guest.
